These Terms govern your use of Prop Edge by the Numbers — our pages, posts, videos, graphics, and any content we publish. By viewing or using any of it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

01What Prop Edge is

Prop Edge by the Numbers is an independent content project that models and comments on Major League Baseball player performance — principally pitcher strikeout and outs markets. We publish to our own social accounts and to pages we host.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball, the MLB Players Association, any club, any athlete, or any sportsbook.

02No gambling, investment, or professional advice

Everything we publish — including terms such as projection, edge, model win %, model-fair odds, lean, parlay, and any payout figure — is a statistical estimate or a hypothetical illustration. Specifically:

• “Model-fair” odds and payouts are computed from our own model’s probabilities with no bookmaker margin. They are not real sportsbook prices and no sportsbook will offer them.
• Projections describe expected values across many outcomes. They are not predictions of what will happen in any single game.
• A high “win %” does not mean a bet will win. Models are wrong regularly.

03Eligibility and legality

Our content is intended for adults — 21+, or the legal wagering age where you are. Sports betting is restricted or illegal in many jurisdictions. It is entirely your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply to you. We make no representation that our content is appropriate or lawful in any particular location.

04Accuracy and availability — no warranty

Our content is built from third-party data that may be delayed, incomplete, revised, or simply wrong, and from models that carry error. Lineups change, pitchers get scratched, and odds move constantly. Any price or line we reference reflects a moment in time and may be stale the instant it is published.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

05Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prop Edge and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or gambling losses, arising out of or relating to your use of or reliance on the service — even if advised of the possibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free service is US $0, or (b) US $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

06Acceptable use

You may view, share, and personally use our content. You may not:

• scrape, bulk-download, or systematically republish our content or datasets;
• resell our content or present it as your own, or as a paid tipping service;
• use our name, handle, logo, or design to imply affiliation or endorsement;
• alter our figures and attribute the result to us;
• use the service for anything unlawful, or to interfere with its operation or security.

07Intellectual property

The Prop Edge name and mark, our page and video designs, written commentary, model methodology, and the particular compilation and presentation of data are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and share the content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution.

Underlying MLB statistics, team names, and player names remain the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and commentary.

08Third-party references and links

We name sportsbooks (for example DraftKings, FanDuel, and Hard Rock Bet) for price comparison and reference only. This implies no affiliation, sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement in either direction unless we state one explicitly. We are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, their odds, or their terms.

09Distribution on third-party platforms

Our content is published automatically to platforms including X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. When you view or interact with it there, that platform’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to you. We do not control those platforms.

10Privacy

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11Changes, suspension, termination

We may modify these Terms at any time; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service, and remove any content, at any time and without notice.

12Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of REPLACE WITH YOUR STATE, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in REPLACE WITH YOUR COUNTY, STATE, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Before filing anything, please contact us and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.

13General

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the project. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.
